Job Description
  1. Receives key trends in the market in the area of New Product Promotions from Product officers and marketing intelligence.
  2. Performs product research to understand product performance and market trends specific to the design of new products/services
  3. Conduct statistical research to validate business concepts either through desk top or pilot research
  4. Conducts environmental scanning and trend analysis to determine the product drivers (assumptions for minutes of use, subscribers, price) for input into the annual business planning process.
  5. Develops the product plan to achieve the set revenue targets (Usage revenue).
  6. Ensures connected subscribers are active and generating revenue by constantly monitoring subscriber activity and timely approvals of interventions.
  7. Manage Voice subscriber churn in line with business plan through effective implementation of loyalty programmes.
  8. Proposes new services for development that support customer retention plans
  9. Prepare and recommends project charters in liaison with PMO/Networks/IS for new promotions or products & services.
  10. Coordinate all relevant stakeholders both internal and external in products development up to launch stage.
  11. Reviews & approves advertising briefs for execution to Marketing Communication team for all usage stimulation promotions and other initiatives.
  12. Regularly ensure that products are being communicated effectively to the target market.
