Job Description
  1. Identify, Manage and further develop the retail partnerships in the country.
  2. Support Loyalty Scheme through the promotion of the Loyalty Cards to regular cash shippers to stimulate increased volumes
  3. Educate potential partners about products and services in order to sign up new partners.
  4. Exploit all opportunities arising from promotions to boost volumes and attract new customers.
  5. Conduct regular visits to all service points and retail partners, growing and improving the relationship as well as auditing branding, customer service etc
  6. Ensure conformance to policies and Procedures as well as the commercial guidelines.
  7. Co operate with all internal departments such as Customer Services and Operations to ensure that all service needs and problems of Service points and Retail Partners are resolved in a timely manner and are not repeated in order to improve the business processes.
  8. Conduct regular visits to all service points to ensure compliance in all aspects
  9. Liaise with Customer Service on the quality measurement and standards maintained in all service points
  10. Conduct regular analysis and review of the business in order to consistently have a good understanding of where the business is at and what the opportunities are for development.
  11. Research the retail market, growth, consumer behavior and the split between structured and informal share
  12. Set up a mystery shopper programme for the retail outlets competitor ones
