This role will be responsible for the excellent execution and the implementation of Retail operations initiatives in order to drive profitable and sustainable sales growth. The role will be responsible to achieve the agreed sales objectives for the company through the development & expansion of Franchise network throughout the country and provide leadership, coaching and development to Franchisees and their sales team. This role involves extensive National travel.

Job Description
  1. Set, agree, drive and deliver weekly, monthly and annual brand wise sales targets through Franchise network. Identify and realize all opportunities for volume & Sales growth by achieving optimum execution at Franchise level
  2. Manage implementation and execution of marketing and merchandising policies and practices. Development & execution of customised Franchisees promotion plans
  3. Provide pre and post promotional activities analysis. Inform on market trends & competitive analysis. Analyse business plans for consistent strategy
  4. Post Commercial Director Approval, Partner with Finance, Legal and H&S on the approval process. Supports franchise on-boarding and follow up support processes
  5. Effectively manage the day to day operations of franchisees including inventory management, KPI management and target setting. Develop the activity network for the new franchisees from identification to roll out of the outlets
  6. Responsible for demonstrating strong inspirational leadership across Zimbabwe Franchisees chain. Identify weak areas & provide regular training to Franchisees and their sales team through on the job training.
  7. Responsible for providing sales training and arranging the technical training for Franchisees and their sales staff to effectively demonstrate training programs
