Job Description
  1. Delivery of high-level business information/data relating to business activities to the Board and other stakeholders.
  2. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with Corporate Governance, regulatory and statutory requirements as well as other legal and relevant developments.
  3. Provision of company secretarial service and advice to Board and senior management within the company, including listing and Companies Act obligations.
  4. Management of database of information on Group companies and directors. Identifying and meeting management information requirements for the measurement of legal risk exposure, performance
  5. Managing and controlling external legal resources in terms of cost and performance, including negotiation and settlement of external lawyers fees.
  6. Constantly seek to improve ways of working by challenging the status quo and supporting an empowering climate within the team(s), sharing knowledge, experience, best practice and providing constructive feedback as required.
  7. Identifying and meeting management information requirements for the measurement of legal risk exposure, performance (both of internal and external legal resources) and productivity.
  8. capitalisation and working with First Transfer Secretaries, Bond Registrations and Facility documentation.
