Job Description
  1. Compiles Annual Manpower Requirements From Departments For Onward Transmission to The Head - HR Operations
  2. Reviews Staffing Requirements For Supervisory Level And Below in Liaison With Departmental Line Management and Facilitates Approval
  3. Conducts Staff Recruitment And Selection Process in Line With The HR Policy.
  4. Manages Contracts For Short Term and Long Term Contract Staff and Facilitate Their Renewal On Time Where Necessary.
  5. Advises Line Management and Staff on Labour Legislation to Maintain a Harmonious Working Environment.
  6. Interprets and Advises Both Line Management and Staff on HR Policies and Procedures.
  7. Administer The Employee Termination Process.
  8. Maintains Up To Date Individual Personal Files By Ensuring That All Requisite Documents Are Filed In The Personal File.
  9. Compiles, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Year and Annual Human Resources Reports To Prove Accurate Information To The Business.
