Job Description
  1. Manage procurement function
  2. Assist in the development and establishment of company strategic contracts for goods and services in accordance with legislation, audit regulations and State Procurement Board policies and guidelines
  3. To work with the business and negotiate contractual arrangements with suppliers to ensure that value for money and excellent service levels are maintained and optimized across all categories of expenditure
  4. To ensure payment terms are managed optimized in favour of company resulting in improved cash flows and a significant reduction in advance payments to suppliers of goods and services.
  5. Contribute to the development of procurement documentation, including acquisition plan, procurement schedule, request for offers, evaluation plan, negotiation plan and purchase recommendation
  6. Ensure customer satisfaction is a high priority and customers receive responsive services including proactively engaging with and seeking feedback from internal and external clients.
  7. Provide support to the implementation, transition and management of the contract
