Job Description
  1. Manages motivates and leads the facilities management team
  2. Oversees the implementation and execution of maintenance strategies, equipment life-cycle cost planning Maintenance activities
  3. Manages the procurement, installation of new equipment, modifications and upgrading of existing equipment
  4. Manages the engagement and control of external service providers and ongoing service providers contracts
  5. Controls the procurement of repairs and maintenance spares
  6. Oversees the management of facilities management projects
  7. Ensures that facilities meet government regulations, helath and safety standards
  8. provides input into the design and contrsuction of new developments
  9. Implements and manages Energy Management programmes
  10. Controls the maintenance budget
