The ideal candidate will be confident, experienced and adaptable with excellent communication skills and the desire to anticipate the team's needs and provide solutions. Job Description
  1. Diary management; event co-ordination; Agenda preparation; minute taking
  2. Writing correspondence; formatting of proposals, reports, presentations, etc; finalisation of credit proposals to send to HQ
  3. Research and editing information such as statistics, graphs, presentations, forms, etc
  4. Prepare standard letters
  5. Organisation and coordination of visits for the SDC including hotel bookings; liaising with logistics assistant; ensure correct documentation is delivered on time
  6. Support in the arranging of events, workshops, meetings etc; work with the logistics assistant in the preparation of schedules for meetings and workshops and timely distribution of necessary documentation; arrange all catering for functions
  7. Learn the duties of the logistic assistant and administrative co-ordinator in order to stand in and assist when necessary
  8. Proof-reading of documents to ensure error free presentation
  9. Filing
  10. Any other duties as may be assigned by Management
