Job Description
  1. Ensuring that project funds are correctly managed according to the specifications of ngo and co-financers.
  2. This includes calling up finds, carrying out bank transactions, bookkeeping and budget control, preparing end-of-month accounts and prompt financial reports / the financial part of reports on expenditure of funds in cooperation with the Head of Office and the regional office
  3. Ensuring that documentation of data, account assignment and bookkeeping entries are carried out correctly (WINPACCS Cashbook and Accounting)
  4. Ensuring costs are cleared internally within a project or between projects (correct allocation of costs)
  5. Preparing annual account documents in cooperation with the Head of Project and regional office or country office
  6. Instructing and advising local administrative staff
  7. Monitoring and correctly processing relief supplies and other equipment, particularly in terms of compliance with import regulations, monitoring inventory accounting, physical inventory inspections
  8. Correctly managing project inventory and vehicle fleet, if applicable
  9. Making compliance visits to partner organisations in consultation with the Country Office
