As a tour manager you will use your love of travel to organize, effectively implement, accompany groups of holidaymakers on tours, complete the Tour Operation set up, Business Drive and generate revenues for Heritage Expeditions in Zimbabwe. Job Description
Take and assume a role of General Manager, ensuring that the Expedition Entity is well resourced and operationally excellent.
Ensure that product, people and processes form the core of your business strategy to give the company a competitive advantage.
Foster strong relationships with various suppliers of services and products to create strategic business benefits for Expeditions.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities for Expeditions to be driven through the Tour Operation activities.
Determining key requirements to enter new markets including undertaking marketing analysis, formulating and implementing a Business Strategy for the purpose of seeking out new business in all relevant sectors.
To focus on nurturing the client base with emphasis on new business exploiting exceptional sales skills with effective and successful results.
Reviewing customer requirements and expectations as well as ensuring that they are met and exceeded (liaising with product suppliers in Zimbabwe and Africa).
Establish formal links with local, regional and international tour operators and travel agencies for referral business.
Strategically capitalize on E-Commerce opportunities.
