Opportunity exists for a Class One Journeyman (Motor Mechanics) to join a fast paced organisation as a Workshop Foreman. The suitable candidate will ensure quality and cost effective maintenance of all company vehicles. The job also entails effective use of company resources (Financial, human, information and capital). Supervisory Management will be an added advantage. An initial selection of CVs has been sent to the client. Awaiting feedback.

Job Description
Ensures that work is carried out in a safe manner by complying with all company safety policies, practices and procedures. Corrects all unsafe activities and reports injuries to Technical Manager or Human Resources Manager.
Timeously produce accurate statistical, operational and management reports to ensure clarity on current fleet operations. These reports may be produced daily, weekly or monthly.
Carry out quarterly all workshop staff performance reviews against their score cards.
Ensures that all contractors (suppliers/service providers) have valid signed contracts.
Ensures all outsourced jobs have valid and authorized orders.
Ensure that all staff correctly wear and use PPE all the time.
Co-ordinates any overtime work required.
