Job Description
Managing the receiving and dispatch of product from the warehouse. Warehouse KPI tracking and reporting through daily reconciliations to ensure that the warehouse transactions match with the Sage transactions
Monitor warehouse delivery plans and stocks forecasting for the warehouse. Maintains inventory. Prepare daily and monthly warehouse report and ensure suitable management information is provided.
Managing the invoicing process by ensuring all dispatches from the warehouse are invoiced or have the necessary transfer documentation. Review and validate monthly warehouse costs actual against target/budge
Assist in preparation of annual budgetary process by providing necessary information and guidance Confirmation of payments, generation and printing of invoices and quotations. Following up dispatches against receipts to avoid stock diversions
Ensuring zero stock losses for the warehouse through monitoring their performance. Ensure 100% Health, Safety and Environmental requirements compliance at the warehouse at all times
Maintaining high level of hygiene in and around the warehouse. Ensure Risk Assessments are done for all tasks taking place at the warehouse
Managing the performance of contractors at the warehouse. Developing effective and continuous training programmes for staff at the warehouse.
