Job Description
Designs and recommends pool vehicle processes and procedures for monitoring usage and controlling costs.
Designs and recommends planned maintenance programs for the bank offices and premises.
Recommends maintenance of premises in order to maintain high image of the Bank
Reviews effectiveness of equipment against staff complaints and feedback.
Reviews and recommends periodically compliance with relevant statutes.
Coordinates implementation of planned maintenance programs
Recommends for disposal SPV obsolete stock to relevant SPV Board.
Receives bulk staff and pool fuel for custody before relevant allocations.
