Job Description
Provide technical guidance to government, and local councils to design, formulate, deliver, and monitor planned WASH activities
support the Secretariat's role in resource mobilization and leveraging of strategic partnerships and other funds
Lead the Secretariat's strategic pillar on water and sanitation. Provide technical recommendations to inform policymakingand legislation on asset maintenance
Assess the relevance/appropriateness, connectedness, coherence, coverage, efficiency, effectiveness and impact of the WASH program
Play a lead role, alongside government, in the development of an investment case for WASH infrastructure development and maintenance
