Job Description
Define territory strategy and develop short term business action plans for existing and new market segment in line with sales plans and targets
Delivery of set volume and revenue targets for the territory through different programs i.e. dealer loyalty program
Establish and maintain a sustainable effective relationship with the customers through regular visits, solving problems and giving advice on trade and product related matters
Analyse sales trends and variances and advise management on appropriate strategies and actions to enable the company meet its objectives
Recommend appointment of distributors/retailers or any other direct customers from the territory
Prepare weekly, monthly and annual regional demand forecasts and sales plans
Identification of customer needs and solving of customers problems through customer care
Establishes and ensures maintenance of good corporate relations with stakeholders in the region including country governments
Manage trade reactivation and support retail blitz within the territory
Manage the administration of assigned promotional sales activities in the territory in line with company guidelines
