Reporting to the Group Marketing Executive, the successful applicant will among other key aspects be responsible for leading and executing research as well as managing the customer and consumer complaint process. Experience in an FMCG environment is an added advantage.

Job Description
Lead, manage and execute primary research
Produce reports on research carried out and present actionable findings for the business
Design and carry out quantitative and qualitative studies through focus groups, emails or surveys
Control and use qualitative research methods such as focus groups and in-depth interviews
Support volume growth target delivery on key categories and brands by delivering effective consumer and trade insights based on monthly market shares and brand health metrics
Put consumers first, through implementing a system and methodology that consistently provides the voice of the consumer to the business
Lead market and consumer experiential initiatives by facilitating for the marketing team and the brand management team to interface directly with consumers and shoppers
Trigger innovation by presenting consumer observations to Brand managers that leads to actionable insights
Brand perception testing
Management and execution of the customer and consumer complaints process
Lead the initiative to win at the Point of Sale via branding, interfacing with brand management and customer teams
