Job Description
Formulating and supervising the implementation of marketing strategies
Creating and improving the company image through Client Relationship Management
Identifying new corporate markets for products and services and maintaining them
Organizing sales promotions & developing and keeping updated research about client base
Management and controlling of the department resources required to provide an efficient and cost-effective marketing system, which is continuously responsive to changing business and marketing requirements
Ensuring that effective relationships with clients exist & are monitored, measured & reported upon
Constant benchmarking of competitor performance to measure and determine the right product mix and target market
Compliance with the set company marketing standards in liaison with the Marketing Manager
Compilation of accurate weekly new business submission figures for your portfolio
Maintain an up to date complete client register always
Regular client servicing, achieving and maintaining a retention rate of 95% on corporate clients
Submission of a minimum of three Corporates every quarter
To lead, manage, develop and in liaison with Human Resources, recruit, select and discipline staff
