Candidates who are competent at multi-tasking and have experience working in high pressure environments are invited to apply. A very busy role in a large international organisation. Experience with ERPs (Enterprise Resource Applications e.g. SAGE, SAP) is an added advantage.

Job Description
Work closely with Territory Managers, assisting in selling and processing orders as per customers instructions.
Meet the daily and monthly sales target for your portfolio of customers (target shared with Territory Manager).
Proforma management and processing sales quotes into confirmed sales orders, where payment is received and cleared.
Process and issue orders/ assign on the schedule within 30 minutes upon receiving them from Territory Managers or customers.
Any factors affecting dispatch to be clearly communicated and reported daily to the supervisor.
Communicate with Customers / Territory Manager updating on orders being processed.
Ensure circulation of report of all unloaded orders and orders pending dispatch.
Ensure all delivered orders are booked and served.
