Job Description
Provide strategic and visionary leadership to the group through the various platforms i.e. print and digital and any other platforms that might emerge in the future.
Ensuring that Commercial Manager, Marketing Officers and Sales Representatives meet their daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual set targets.
Carry out performance appraisals for all Marketing team members quarterly and provide training & development to the team.
Ensure that internal communication with internal stakeholders is done, ensuring that all employees are aware of all brands and marketing campaigns.
Manage all aspects of the customer relationship management and assist Marketing Officers in the same.
Meeting with current and prospective clients to promote advertising business.
Liaising with advertising agencies, direct clients and other external partners.
Carry out other duties as assigned to the position from time to time.
Meet set monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Compliance with customer requirements.
