Our client is looking for candidates for the above role to be based in UK & Europe, USA & Canada, Australia & New Zealand. The person has to have a general understanding of how a call centre is run or operates along with a proven track record in sales. This is an initial 3 month contract renewable based on personal performance. Candidates MUST be a national of the above or have residency there. Zim nationals who do not meet the above will NOT be considered.

Job Description
Formulates and designs regional sales and profitability plan. Gathers customer intelligence insights through customer experience surveys.
Develops a Sales & Marketing plan and facilitates the execution thereof. Analyses performance against potential to determine sales target by territory. Prepares and agrees with CEO on Revenue targets
Oversees the profitability by territory by channel in line with market potential. Initiates and motivates reviews of trading terms when needed, to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Oversees effective implementation of promotions and other trade activations.
Sets performance standards by territory and reviews periodically (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
Cultivates positive interactions and relationships with key stakeholders Drafts the Business Development Strategy for final approval by the CEO
Work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities
