Job Description
This position would help in augmenting the sales of commercial vehicles across the region and will be pivotal in the success of the company
Responsible for managing the sale of commercial vehicles directly by visiting the customers in the region, through the sales force on the ground as well as meeting customers coordinates, head regional offices
Would also be supporting the Head network development in business development and network expansion activities and sales.
Responsibility includes finding, generating and developing new channel partners in order to sell the companys Products Commercial vehicles to end-users.
Accurate Sales Forecasting , analysing sales volumes, pipeline activity, competitive activity and develop strategies to minimize negative trends
Responsible for development and execution of sales campaigns in the region customised for respective country and occasion and market dynamics.
Monitor and enforce activities such as joint sales calls, sales training, product training, cooperative pipeline management and other ongoing activities and keep in constant touch with customers at all levels I,e. on the ground end users, middle management and decision makers.
Monitor competition activities in all respects and advice the management as well as manufacturers about the development supported by Action plans, suggestions to counter the competition
On a regular basis provide reports as per management guidelines as well as reports as needed by the principals, responsible for new account development and or expanding existing accounts within the region and feed the sales staff on the ground.
Creates awareness and demand for company products.
Contribute as a member of the regional management team to determine the companys overall business strategy.
Manage, lead and motivate sales staff on the ground to achieve excellence within their roles providing relevant coaching and mentoring.
Ensure measurable objectives are established with all the sales staff across the region with regular monitoring of performance.
Responsible in accordance with HR policy for performance salary reviews for personnel within the Sales vertical of the region.
