Job Description
Develop the solutions of chemical aspects of demil plant solutions with team members of different engineering disciplines.
Do Research and Development to ensure the implementation of the new technologies during the development of the demil recycling processes.
Design the techniques and processes to extract and recycle energetic materials
Partake in design reviews
Plan process layouts and provide inputs for civil structure designs
Ensure the techniques and processes comply with legal and explosives regulatory requirement and codes.
Ensure the availability of the budget
Ensure the acquisition of materials and services from internal and external.
Ensure the techniques and processes conform to the specifications
Ensure progress is on schedule and within budget
Plan and conduct tests and evaluations to verify the performance of techniques and processes.
Investigate failures and ensure corrective action is taken.
Ensure results are documented and configured
Ensure concept designs are developed into saleable products.
Oversee the fabrication, commissioning and qualification of the processes
Compile technical documentation and costing in support of new business development
Interact with clients in support of business development
