Work With Cross-functional Teams To Ensure Business Processes Flow Smoothly With Regard To Legal Aspects
Assume Responsibility For All Assigned Tasks In Ensuring That The Company Conducts Its Business In Compliance With Applicable Laws And Regulations
Assist the Group Corporate Governance And Legal Counsel In Leading The Development, Communication, And Implementation Of The Group And The Group Company's Legal Objectives, Corporate Governance Systems
Offer Corporate Secretarial Services To The Board, Operating Philosophies, Business Strategies, And Vision
Assist With Leading Corporate Strategic And Tactical Legal Initiatives. They Will Provide Effective Advice On Company Strategies And Their Implementation, Manages The Legal, And Governance Function, And Obtains And Oversees The Work Of Outside Counsel
Direct And Indirect Involvement In Complex Business Transactions In Negotiating Critical Contracts For The Company And Its Related Entities In And Outside Zimbabwe.
Participates In The Definition And Development Of Corporate Policies, Procedures And Programs And Provides Continuing Counsel And Guidance On Legal management matters and on Legal Implications Of All Matters
