The ideal candidate will have twelve years work experience, preferably in ICT or Learning institutions and will be required to run this operation in an innovative way. 12 years experience are required, 5 years of which should be managerial. Job Description
Develop and implement profitable business model for the college.
Design an annual training programme for the Centre for Learning.
Identify partnership with reputable ICT institutions within the region and beyond.
Develop reskilling and multi-skilling programmes targeting TelOne staff and address identified deficiencies.
Monitor and coordinate all training activities by ensuring efficient resource utilisation.
Maintain Centre for Learning accreditation to various organisations and institutions e.g. City and Guilds, Computer Society of Zimbabwe, Higher Education Examination Council (HEXCO), Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers and SADC Centre for Excellence
Introduce and maintain internal quality processes and procedures to enhance service quality and assurance using SADC standards
Develop new courses and programmes using standard SADC guidelines.
Formulate training and development programmes and strategies as per company strategic plans and national interest.
Implement a Performance Management System for the Centre For Learning.
