Job Description
Contributes in the formulation and review of the organisational strategy
Leads in development of the technical strategy
Ensures optimum network reliability at a competitive cost
Develops and implements a corporate network infrastructure risk management plan
Owns and spearheads the formulation of the overall Technical Budget
Decides on the overall Technical staff strategy, technical roadmap and organisational structure
Manage sales pipeline to ensure accurate and adequate lead inflow to reach targeted sales objectives.
Maintain a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top quality personnel. Recruit, train, appraise, supervise,support, develop, promote and guide qualified personnel.
Develop and administer incentive plans which entice individuals as well as teams to perform successfullyagainst the objectives while respecting the budget.
Develop and monitor quality metrics to ensure outstanding service and customer support.
