Initiating development of new business and selling of agency services
Understanding client needs and providing people solutions
Communicating closely with clients, in person, by email and telephonically
Candidate sourcing, headhunting, database and internet searches
Advertising Vacancies and updating Website News
Maintaining computerised tracking systems and data integrity
Conducting candidate interviews, assessments, and background checks
Negotiating and finalising contracts
