Job Description
Interprets, advises and monitors compliance with human resources policies and procedures
Compiles annual manpower requirements from departments in line with prevailing business conditions and policies
Manages employee contracts and facilitates their renewal were necessary.
Advises line management and staff on labour legislation to maintain a harmonious working environment
Administers the employee engagement and termination processes
Maintains up to date individual personal files by ensuring that all requisite documents are filed in the personal file
Compiles weekly, monthly, quarterly, half year reports to provide accurate information to the business
Assists Line Management in the identification and compilation of training needs as well as development and implementation of action plans to address identified needs
Assists Line Management in the implementation of the Performance Management System
Supervises the implementation and maintenance of all employee welfare and wellness programmes for the company
Manages the performance of all direct reports for improved business results
Liaises with Workers Committees Members, Trade Unions and NEC
Represents the company at conciliation and arbitration proceedings
