A well established and growing organisation in the FMCG sector is looking to appoint a Human Resources Manager. Your role will be to lead the human resources department in a high performance culture that emphasizes productivity, quality and promote an employee-oriented culture. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in Human Resources, with 3 years at senior management level and hold a Social Science Degree or equivalent. MBA, IPMZ Diploma/ HND in Human Resources Management an added advantage. Interviews have been called for.

Job Description
Structuring the Company by establishing reporting relationships/ developing appropriate job grading structures / promulgating relevant manpower planning programs
Experience in designing and implementing performance management and productivity enhancement systems for the Company.
Managing corporate industrial relations / providing advisory services to management on all aspects of employment legislation.
Change champion in the business through successful implementation of Company business strategies through people strategies.
Designing relevant value-adding training / development policies which focus on outcomes that improve performance.
Establishing modern staff remuneration / motivation / attraction / retention practices.
Designing overall long-term strategic Human Resources policies / programs.
Determining the effects of trends in the human resources environment
Budgeting for and controlling costs of employment.
