An established but growing retail corporate client is on the look out for a Strategic Human Resources professional to partner with Executive management to align Human Capital related strategy to business strategy. You will be a seasoned HR Professional with a forward-thinking approach, experience in Talent mapping and Succession Planning and the ability to get the best out of the company's key resource - it's people! International experience advantageous. Only candidates who have proven experience at a Strategic level will be considered. The company needs someone who is mature, humble and not after titles as there is a flat structure at the executive level.

Job Description
Provide Strategic advice to Top Management on all Human Capital matters
Partner with Executive Management on Succession Planning
Align Human Capital Strategies with Company Strategy
Work Closely with H.R Manager to identify areas that could be improved on from a staff training and personnel development perspective
Overall talent management strategy and implementation including workforce planning, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training and development; performance planning, management development, and improvement; and succession planning
Organization development, change management initiatives, and company-wide culture and environment at work for employees
Analysis of the effectiveness of all human resources efforts both financially and in terms of whether they produced the company's needed objectives and outcomes.
Development of an overall HR business plan with measurable objectives and a budget
