Job Description
Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all Group personnel; assists in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Leads the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position identifying effective sources for all exempt and non-exempt personnel, students, temporary employees, conducts new employee orientations, writes and places advertisements
Plans, manages and communicates special projects and programs such as employee recognition, wellness, benefits, recruiting, performance management, and employee surveys
Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of reviews in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
Communicates proactively and work with managers to resolve employee concerns and issues, and identifies administrative needs that occur on a routine basis
Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommends courses of action
Administers compensation programs; monitors the performance evaluation program and makes recommendations for revision as necessary
Participates in developing departmental goals, objectives, and systems
Conducts salary surveys and market analysis
Performs benefits administration to include claim resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees
Provides guidance and recommendations on employee relations and conducts exit interviews
Coach and advises employees regarding HR programs, practices and procedures
