Job Description
Interprets Company policies and labour legislation and ensures that the company complies with the same.
Manages employee recruitment, selection and exit processes and ensures that all departments are adequately staffed.
Manages the Remuneration Strategy in line with group policy.
Manages payroll and maintains all employees records
Manages industrial relations in the company and ensures implementation of the code of conduct and grievance procedures across the organisation.
Develops and implements appropriate succession and retention strategies for all critical positions across the business
Develops and implements wellness strategies across the business.
Develops and manages the HR budget.
Assists the MD in developing and implementing a key stakeholder engagement plan.
