Job Description
Responsible for all forms of Human Capital Management which include Resourcing, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Health & Welfare, Industrial Relations, Labour Legislation & Compliance, Career Development, Talent Management & Succession Planning & Management, Organisation Development & Change Management and EmployeeEngagement to ensure that the Bank has adequate, competent and skilled workforce
Property procurement and management including movable and immovable property leasing, procurement, maintenance and insurance against risks
Inventory Procurement and supply management working with suppliers and vendors, negotiating and concluding contracts with stakeholders in the supply chain working closely with Head of Finance & Accounting.
Development and implementation of
Development and implementation of all policies relating to human capital management and administrative issues.
Advisor to Management and Board on Human Capital and Administration issues
