Organize The Food Production Schedule, From Preparation To Portioning
Supervise All Food Areas
Design And Prepare Food Presentations For Potential Clients
Prepare The Recipes And Execute Process Sheets, Control The Food Yield For The Most Critical Items
Design Food Range Of Products, In Line With Customers Budget Requirements
Check Quality, Weights And Presentation According To The Specs
Liaise With The Quality Control Department To Ensure That Food Processing Is Executed According To Haccp Rules
Train The Staff On Cooking And Food Processing
Adjust The Needs Of Staff According The Production Load
Issue The Weekly Rosters
Control Attendance Of Staff
Control And Approve The Raw Materials Requisitions To Stores
Responsible For Food Production Area Monthly Inventory
