Our client is looking for F&B manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall operation for the restaurant, food and beverage managers hire staff, purchase food and stock, and make sure everyone is trained on proper food preparation, proper and legal alcoholic beverage service kitchen safety techniques and understand health standards.

Job Description
Shall be responsible for service standards, managing food costs, upholding menu standards, and controlling inventory.
Shall liase with the chef to create event-specific menus for occasions such as banquets, conventions, and catered meetings e,g Conferences.
Shall ensure that operational standards of service are met in regards to sanitation codes and laws, food storage, and loss prevention.
Shall be an excellent communicator with the ability to multitask and think quickly when under pressure
Shall ensure that Restaurant Crew, Bar Men, Stores staff, and Executive Chef adhere to controlling procedures
Shall conduct sporadic inspection in the Kitchen, bars and restaurant to ensure that wastage is to the minimum.
Make daily, weekly and monthly reports to the operations manager and Managing Director
Shall lead subordinates successfully into productive working methods by setting an example and utilizing all available management tools.
Shall ensure that correct disciplinary procedures are adhered to especially with regard to correct handling of written warnings and record of same.
