Job Description
Explore new business and investment opportunities that will translate into sustainable profitability and business growth.
Mobilize and manage deposits and funds for onward lending.
Collaborate with Board members and Management team to successfully implement a growth plan for loans and other financial services.
Ensure the provision of effective systems, structures and resources to support the growth of the institution, including a team of well-trained, focused and motivated staff.
Expand knowledge of the organization's market and improve the sales methodology, product offerings, delivery channels and loan procedures.
Manage relationships with customers and promote the organization brand and image.
Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance practices and implementation of internal controls.
Rigorous risk assessment and implementation of disciplined risk management practices that minimise bad debts.
