Our client is searching for a candidate who is a self-starter, team leader, negotiator, listener, supervisor, results oriented and hard worker to manage the day to day operations of their medical imaging company. The ideal candidate will have a Business related degree and an MBA as a minimum along with 5 years experience at management level. Interviews have been completed.

Job Description
To set up the budget for the year and supervise the accounting officer in managing costs, producing periodical statements, managing debtors, payment of creditors and resolving staff administration issues.
To develop marketing strategies for each branch and supervise the marketing executive to promote the brand through route marketing, catchment campaigns, digital marketing, trade shows, outdoor signage, market intelligence and good branch ambiance
To establish service level standards for each branch and supervise branch managers to achieve quick turnaround time, high quality images, good patient care, supervision of locum staff and achieving branch targets.
To liaise with the Director as necessary on payments, staffing issues, projects, budget review, cost management, legal matters and preparation of the monday monthly meetings.
To manage the organization and achieve the annual targets so as to grow the business and be able to launch one new branch per year.
To motivate staff and implement human resources strategies that will ensure high productivity, low turnover and high morale while liaising with outside labor agencies.
To assist the Director in developing strategies that can grow the brand and achieve the vision of being the service provider of choice in the region.
