The ultimate goal is to be in the forefront of all Food & Accommodation Operations in Victoria Falls, in relation to size.

Job Description
Ensuring Rooms Staff are maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness in the rooms and passageways and preparing the rooms for the arrival of guests timeously to avoid delays in guests check-ins.
Ensuring the Staff in these restaurants receive regular on the job training and reinforcement of service standards.
Promoting Direct Bookings by keeping abreast with the trend of the other hotels pricing structures as well as setting special rates on slow selling days.
Ensuring the staff are producing all orders correctly and efficiently, paying attention to quality and presentation.
Practice the highest standards of hygiene and take personal pride in their uniform and appearance.
Maintain and improve property standards and service to ensure guest satisfaction and the right public image.
Achieve budgeted revenue and profit goals, balancing cost with guest satisfaction.
Monitor the hotel business reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly.

Organise and maintain a good and safe work environment for the staff.
Maximize profit for an adequate ROI for shareholders.
