Job Description
Lead the formulation of Digital and Operational strategy in line with the overarching business goals and ensure business growth and improve leadership positioning
Ensure effective implementation of the strategy by means of providing direction, structure, frameworks, models, plans and road maps to be adopted by the company.
Build and manage a high performing team by providing leadership, role clarity, training and career development.
Provide definition of roles, responsibilities, individual goals and performance objectives for the team.
Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with respective Head of Departments to agree on corrective actions.
Consolidate and support the planning and reporting processes including monthly forecasts, month end, and annual budgets and reviews.
Partner closely with finance and business leaders to drive outcomes through the efficient allocation of resources.
Partner closely with Head Office HOD's to ensure all corporate deliveries are met and insights on performance are delivered on time for management reporting deadlines.
An expert understanding of spreadsheets, databases, financial analysis, website design, search engine optimization, and e-marketing strategy will be key.
