Job Description
Monitors Operations Team performance to ensure that agreed goals and time schedules are being achieved as per the overall Strategy
Ensures that each Operations functions is correctly structured and resourced and operating at the required standards to achieve medium and short term goals
Identifies risks to success organisation strategy implementation and designs adequate internal controls in order to mitigate risk within organisations functions in line with strategy
Ensures that there are optimum organization structure in place for the Operations function is in place, and the required update and maintenance is undertaken bi-annually
Ensures efficient and effective provision of administrative services (such as fleet, logistics and travel and accommodation) to support various organisational activities and projects
Develops the annual Operations financial budget and submitting this to the CEO for approval and Finance Director for inclusion into the organisations Annual Business Plan
Ensures the enablement / implementation and compliance of the requisite organisations policies and processes /legal requirements and Governance Best Practice at all times
Prepares the Operations CAPEX and OPEX budget annually
