As a Commercial Director, the incumbent will share P&L accountability with team managers for the business and channels. In this role you are fully accountable for leading the sales, marketing, communications and distribution functions while constantly ensuring the optimal route to market by bringing in best practice. Critical to the success of this role includes a high focus on growing, nurturing and developing talent within the commercial business. By focusing on all these areas this role must ensure that our client increases market share, profitability margins, and revenue growth. Accountability will span across Relationship management, budget management and people management.

Job Description
Responsible for P&L Growth of the business
Develop a deep understanding of the market, country, competitors and customers while ensuring that all in-trade execution activities are rooted in category and consumer insight and complemented by a solid understanding of category management strategy, market and competitor dynamics.
Application and implementation of key Commercial Activities
Ensure high level of corporate governance across all commercial teams and meeting the highest ethical standards. Manage merchandising. Routing and Scheduling networks.
Building, Nurturing and Developing a High Performing Team
Drive route to market efficiencies through order generation, account development, merchandising, distribution and training
