Job Description
Prepare the annual treasury strategy and action items for approval by the Head of Banking toensure incorporation into banking strategy and ultimately the corporate strategy.
Setting performance targets for individual departmental staff to meet the approved targets andensure understanding by all staff members.
Propose, negotiate and regularly advise on the Funds Transfer pricing Policy for the Bank
Monitor the achievement of all set targets by team members to ensure actual targets meet plannedtargets.
Recommend any corrective action to be executed to close any performance gaps for thedepartment if any.
Undertake an environmental scan analysis so as to develop strategies that will drive the mandateof the organisation thus increasing profitability.
Ensure treasury products and services are competitively packaged and priced through marketintelligence and co-ordination with other departments.
Participate in sourcing lines of credit for the Bank to ensure adequate resourcing
