Job Description
Ensures compliance with insurance regulations for timely processing and payment of claims through inspection and authorization of claims
Manages Claims to ensure the received claims are processed within stipulated time lines by ensuring effective assessment and authentication of claims
Ensures effective management of the premiums received outside automated systems, to ensure premium application and allocation within stipulated timelines
Facilitates Claims investigation to ensure reduced financial leakages through operative detection of fraudulent insurance claims
Maintains records of customers and ensures accuracy of insurance coverage and terminating coverage changes.
Ensures timely communication and responses to customer enquiries through the establishment and monitoring of relevant service level agreements and adherence to procedures
Oversees and ensures timely production of claims disbursement cycles
Supervises record creations, policy document production and dispatching for new business (Groups/ Burial Societies) within stipulated turnaround time
Provides adequate reporting to management as to the performance of the operations section
