Our client, a player in the agroforestry industry is looking to employ an Administration Manager that will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an Administration System that ensures the successful, financially sustainable development of the Core and Buffer Zones in a transparent, accountable and ethical manner.

Candidates with experience in managing conservation and forestry projects preferred.

Job Description
Development of an Administration System that meets the requirements of the laws of Zambia and of the Investor.
Work closely with the organisations external Accounting Company to ensure all legal requirements are met.
Contribute to the development of annual and 5 year work plans, budgets, reporting and monitoring systems for the Core and Buffer Zones.
Coordinate, manage and monitor all staff members working in the Administration Department.
Develop annual Financial Reports that track the development and viability of each Zone and any other standalone sections/ businesses that fall under the Zones.
Ensure responsible use and care of any project assets and equipment.
