Job Description
Being present at the offices of the new businesses in order to liaise with all stakeholders, advisers and authorities in respect of the businesses
Assistance in liaising with advisers, regulatory authorities, tax authorities, customs authorities, with a view to ensuring that proposed business processes are compliant with all legislation, regulation and other regulatory requirements
To ensure legal compliance with all statutory requirements imposed on a business
Keeping documentary proof of all expenses, transactions, and capturing such accounting records in an electronic system or into a proper accounting system, in compliance with the accounting and tax requirements prevailing in Zimbabwe
To provide support in respect of the human resources function as well as preparation of the monthly payroll
To act as reception to any visitor to the business
To manage the office as an office administrator
To prepare written reports and submissions
Submit all statutory returns / Income tax returns / Provisional and VAT returns
