Our client, a well established organisation with several properties in the northern suburbs is looking for a mature, experienced administration manager to join their small team. The ideal person will be confident and an independent person that will become a loyal and committed member of the team. Job Description
Assist with emails, correspondence, travel bookings, diary control, contacts, house maintenance, staff, gardens, general P.A. functions.
Complete an order for R&M for all properties from information given by the Administrative Assistant.
Ensure monthly report received from MM & CSO on condition of all properties, and security.
Prepare arrears letters and send to relevant tenants.
Consult with lawyers regarding new lease agreements, amendments to leases, legal letters and tenants issues.
Opening of bank accounts for new companies.
Arrange and keep diary of appointments for the Managing Director.
Maintain all company files and returns as well as withholding tax schedule.
