Job Description
Maintain front desk and all related receptionist / telephonist duties and ensure office is kept clean and tidy.
Organise and oversee cleaning staff and the gardeners
Organise stationery requirements
Buy and control cleaning equipment and supplies for properties and office. Monthly stock-take of all cleaning materials with Bookkeeper
Maintain petty cash for office requirements
Assist all prospective tenants with applications for properties, process and prepare new applications for tenancy of properties for AM to review
Liaise with tenants at all properties who report any repairs and maintenance required to be undertaken
Follow up calls on outstanding payments from tenants, as and when instructed
