Job Description
Budget creation and monitoring in cooperation with the Managing Partners and other management team members
Preparation and coordination of financial monthly, quarterly closings and reports.
Preparing a monthly Financial report for sharing with the Management
Coordination of annual financial statements and coordinating external financial audit
Quality control purchase requests, invoices and reimbursements
Overseeing all payments and doing daily payments
Overseeing all Trust Fund accounts and supervise payroll and Zimra sbmissions
Coordinating new contracts, amendments to existing ones
Overall responsibility for logistical and operational processes including IT, Occupational Health and Safety of all staff, team leadership, Human Resources, Administration
Other tasks to help deliver the goals set in the overall strategy
