- Developing and implementing performance measurement across the organisation by linking Strategy to desired performance and desired performance to commensurate reward
- Collating and monitoring employee performance contracts for each quarter
- Providing performance measurement feedback to line managers during performance periods
- Developing and implementing a time management system for the company to assist in measuring performance
- Developing and implementing an HR Policy for the company
- Developing and implementing a training needs assessment programme and implement training needs across the organisation
- Developing and implementing mentoring programme (including cross departmental mirroring within the organisation)
- Developing and implementing staff retention programmes
- Driving the recruitment process, Liaising with foreign and local recruitment agents/ Screening the candidates according to the recruitment guidelines/ Arranging & conducting Interviews
- Managing the take-on and exit of staff in accordance with company policy
- Managing the Human resources affairs for a company with a fairly large fixed term contract labour base
