- Manage / lead technical professionals in all areas identified for expansion
- Manage and finalise the expansion feasibility study
- Ensure the study is of acceptable quality to comply with the TEG and BED standards
- Provide technical support to MD for the development of the operation's strategic plan
- Manage / lead the work related to the planning and implementation of the operations indigenisation plan
- Prepare the IC paper for expansion
- Lead other business initiatives identified by the MD
- Manage costs and timelines for all work to achieve planned budgets and schedules
- Meet business and personal safety plan commitments
