- Responsible for strategy formulation and implementation through teams in order to achieve set targets, and business objectives, including transformation of the institution to meet the challenges of the dynamic mobile banking environment
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading international institutions to establish the institution as a leader in technology, retail banking and merchant services
- Delegating responsibilities and following up in a timely manner in order to ensure the core functions and business are good enough for meeting the requirements of the customers, shareholders, Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe
- Fulfill duties of being executive member of the Board of Directors
- Custodian of the institution's license responsible for compliance with relevant regulatory, statutory requirements and monetary policies
- Responsible for benchmarking the institution’s performance and network with relevant stakeholders in positioning the institution in the market
- Responsible for institutionalizing a performance and innovative culture in the institute
